Use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms: Card has no value until activated by Merchant. This Card has no expiration date. Card is redeemable for merchandise and services only. Unused value remains on Card and cannot be redeemed except for cash, except as required by law. Present this card to the sales associate at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied toward your purchase at any Tire Discounters, Inc. retail store. If your purchase exceeds the unused balance of the Card, you must pay the excess at the time of purchase. Card cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value, except to the extent required by law. Lost, stolen or damages Cards may be replaced at Merchants election, if at all, only with Card purchase receipt and Card number, and then only for the Cards remaining value.
